Fast track business kit (or) fast track Nano kit, and other products than become a Independent commercial agent (Ica). After become a ica get the first benefit of more discounts on every purchase and second benefit of get a power business centre through more bonus earn purpose and  third  benefit of eligible to recruitment for unlimited levels through power business center under him.

 

if ica who interest to get the group volume bonus than will do recruit two ica’s directly from his organization. First one on his left side and another second one his right side, than now finish a direct recruit  binary structure, perhaps if ica who interest to his group development purpose will do more recruits, it will be registered not only on his indirect group depend on a binary structure but also helpful for his team growth.

 

An ica when purchase the products directly from the company at each and every time and also earn the points. It will helpful for  group point volume growth purpose. The points are accumulating till reach the bonus cycle.

 

                           Group volume bonus (28%)

 

Minimum earn on a balanced group of 25pv:25pv = Rs 350/- only. on every 25pv:25pv is called one balanced pair.

 

Maximum earn on a balanced group of 200pv: 200pv = Rs 2800/- perday at one business centre. This is maximum capped and calculate on daily basis.

 

An ica who get the additional benefit of success business centre on every capping level from the power business centre. It’s working as like as  power business centre it will get the all rewards and full benefits. An ica more capping through the power business centre getting more success business centers it will create a huge bonus and innovative lifestyle.

 

 How to work: a group balanced pv on each side achieved volume multiply 28% = bonus point value multiply the conversion factor= real rupee value.(1Bpv is equals to conversion factor =Rs50/- only. Or 1USD whichever is higher will be applicable.)

Example: 25pv multiply 28% = 7 Bpv (bonus point volume) multiply(cv) Rs 50 =Rs 350.00/- only.   Ex:  25*28/100=7*50=Rs 350/-.only

 

Ica annual renewal fees Rs 399.00 only. Ica minimum  purchase value at 25 pv only.

 

As per the plan cannot compel and force to purchase the products to ica. If ica satisfy will be purchase the products unless leave it.

 

Our exclusive compensation plan is calculated by pv basis only. No considered in standard pair bonus value. Pv value will calculate depends on that product value. On purchase value one point(pv)=Rs 100/-only.

One bonus point = 1USD OR Rs 50 whichever is higher.

Note: Group development bonus is paid on every week. Business closing on every day midnight at 11.00 pm.weekly closing on Friday midnight 12pm. Bonus cheque will be delivered on every business Wednesday only.

 

     Payment mode: deposit to the company account directly, or DD in favour of   M/s  kite health care payable at Chidambaram.

 

Note: Pv: point volume. Bpv: bonus point volume. Cv= conversion factor.(conversion factor value change at any time depends on money value.) All bonus amount will be deduct by Tds and handling charges. (Tds deduction as per the government norms, bonus above Rs 2800/- will be applicable.)

Note.:  Above the rewards and recognitions are calculated on yearly basis only. (jan to dec) achieved pairs only calculated above the any reward criteria with in the fiscal year. More rewards cannot be calculated to one business center with in the fiscal year. power business center, and success business center also eligible.

Rewards can be change time to time. No cash delivery.

                              Rs   5 lakhs  PA  earn premier club          1 share

                              Rs 10 lakhs  PA earn millionaire club      4  share

                              Rs 15 lakhs  PA earn Billionaire club       9  share

                              Rs 21 lakhs  PA earn Trillionare club      16 share

                              Rs 25 lakhs  PA earn president club       25 share

                 *PA= per annum.

How to work:how to find a share value? total business bonus points * particular %/ no.of  achieved share points  = one share value.

Benefits: An ica who get the annual bonus from that total turnover by the company, and also enjoy to family package for foreign trips once in a year.

Note: An ica can allow only on annual earning  basis also who reach any club membership on that particular year than he will enjoy the club membership benefits. Club benefits calculation only for yearly basis only. No renewal and accumulation. This pool  allow that particular percentage reserves of total turnover decided by the management.

Disclaimer: company reserves some percentage from total turnover on that particular financial year depends on the sales volumes. No fixed percentage value, it will change depend on sales pv basis. Foriegn trips will eligible for that particular achieved year only.
